Important Things to Know

Payment Options	Bank Transfer Credit | Debit Card Ezidebit (paid fortnightly)* * Payment via Bank Transfer is always free. Additional fees apply for Credit | Debit card payments made via our secure Ezidebit payment provided. Payment fortnightly incurs an additional fee, and is paid via a direct debit agreement via Ezidebit. 2 weeks notice for cancellation on Ezidebit agreements.
Need to Reschedule?	There is flexibility in rescheduling if you need to cancel due to illness or another reason as long as you provide 1 hour notice. Sessions you would like to cancel require 1 hour notice in order to be able to reschedule to another day and time within the next 30 days of the cancelled session. All rescheduled sessions are in addition to your weekly sessions. Rescheduled sessions do not take the place of a future weekly session. This means that in the next month, you have your usual weekly lessons plus the session that needs to be rescheduled.
Session Fees	Session fees are based on payment frequency and individual session length, and are paid in advance. Session fees are not based on the school terms or holidays and are all year round except Easter and Christmas public holidays.
Fortnightly Payment Option	Sessions must be paid in advance and on a Direct Debit Request Form for a fortnightly payment agreement with Ezidebit. 2 weeks cancellation notice required when paying using Ezidebit.
One Session	Must be paid in advance before your sessions commence to reserve your session time.
Monthly and 3 Month Payment Options	Must be paid in advance before your sessions commence to reserve your session time.
Stopping Sessions	If you need to stop sessions for any reason, the session bookings end on the last day of the current month. Sessions are reserved on a monthly basis. Example, if it is 10th October, and you find you need to end sessions, your sessions remain booked only until the end of October. This allows us to open up your session in the next month for someone else.
